From the front door to the fix. What to expect.

For a typical repair. Business support & networks are scoped a little differently, so give us a ring and we'll talk you through it.

  1. Drop in or call

    Pop in to the shop or ring 062-52600. Tell us what's gone wrong in your words. No jargon needed.

  2. €30 diagnostic

    We open it up at the bench and figure out what's actually wrong. The €30 goes towards the repair.

  3. Quote & go-ahead

    We ring you with the fix and a price. You decide. No surprises later.

  4. We fix it

    Your job goes to a dedicated tech. Most repairs are done within the week, often sooner.

  5. Pick up & pay

    Come collect or arrange delivery for business clients. Card, cash, or invoice, whatever suits.

Before you bring it in

A handful of small things that make the visit go smoother.

Nothing essential. But the more we know going in, the quicker we can get you sorted.

Bring the charger

A dead battery can mask other problems, and chargers can be the actual fault. It's easier to test if you've got it with you.

The make & model if you know it

Saves a few minutes of detective work. Don't worry if you don't know it. It's usually on a sticker on the bottom.

A note about what changed

"It started after a Windows update" or "I dropped it last Tuesday" are small details we'd never guess but you'd remember.

You don't need to wipe anything

We won't need your password to diagnose, and we never look at personal files. If we do need access for a fix, we'll ring you first.

Common questions

Things people ask before they bring it in.

Do I need an appointment?
Nope. Walk-ins are welcome any weekday between 9AM and 5PM. If you'd like to be sure the right technician is on the bench, give us a ring first on 062-52600.
How long will my repair take?
Most home repairs are turned around within the week, often sooner. Once we've done the €30 diagnostic, we'll ring you with a fix, a price, and a realistic timeline before we touch anything else.
Will I lose my photos & documents?
No. We back your data up before doing anything destructive. If the machine won't even power on, we can usually still get the data off in-store, around 90% of the time.
Do you cover outside Tipperary?
Yes. We have technicians on the road across Ireland. Business support is provided nationally, with SLAs available from 4 to 8 hours for existing business clients.
What's the difference between Reconditioned and Ex-Lease?
Both are second-hand business machines that we've checked and refurbished. Ex-Lease are 3 to 5 year-old high-end business models with a 12-month warranty. Reconditioned are typically a bit older with a 3-month warranty, and both are excellent value compared to new.
Do you do remote support?
For existing business clients, yes, over AnyDesk. We don't offer pay-per-call remote support to new home users. For those, we recommend bringing the machine in so we can see it properly.
Can you build me a custom PC?
Absolutely. Tell us the budget and what you'll use it for, and we'll spec something that fits. We can also build with parts you supply.
